William D. "Bill" Westbrook, age 84, of Oxford, Georgia, died February 2, 2023. Born in Edison, GA, to William D. Westbrook, Sr. and Olivia Jane Rambo Westbrook. Bill attended Georgia Southwestern College where he majored in business. It was there that he met his future wife, Ellen Pierce. Bill was a sales manager for American Home Bakers for many years. He enjoyed fly fishing; reading; woodworking (made his own canoe); and spending time with his grandchildren. Bill is survived by his wife of 63 years, Ellen Westbrook, of Oxford; daughter, Phyllis M. Jones and her husband, Alton, of Lawrenceville; sons, Kevin Westbrook and his wife, Patricia, of Milledgeville; and Keith Westbrook and his wife, Deborah, of Orlando, FL; sister, Leone Meredith of Kenoi, Alaska; six grandchildren, Kara Jones, Sydney Westbrook, Sean Westbrook, Samantha Sheehan, Kayla Boyle, and Lindsey Westbrook; two great grandchildren, Flynn and Owen Boyle. A graveside service will be held 11 o'clock, Monday, February 6, at Lithonia City Cemetery with Dr. Jim Martin officiating.
