Service: 2 o'clock, Tuesday, December 11, 2018 Place: Chapel of Henry Funeral Home Visitation: 12:30-2:00, Tuesday, prior to service time Place: Henry Funeral Home, Lithonia Virginia Ann "Cricket" Cagle, age 61 of Dallas, Georgia, died Saturday, December 8, 2018. She was born in Atlanta, to Alton and Susie Henry, grew up in the Belvedere area of Decatur and graduated from Avondale High School. She loved the beauty of watching birds; spending time daily walking with Jesus in her garden; and her grandchildren were a special joy to her. Cricket worked as an agent for Sentry Insurance and was disabled for over 20 years. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Jim Cagle; son, Darrell Cagle of Monroe; daughter, Jennifer Smith of Toccoa; sisters, Jane Banks and Wendy Henry, both of Madison; and 5 grandchildren. A funeral service will be held 2 o'clock, Tuesday, December 11, in the chapel of Henry Funeral Home, with Dr. Jim Martin officiating. A private burial service will be held at a later time. The family will receive friends from 12:30-2:00 prior to the service.
