Shane Lee Nicholson, age 49, of Lithonia, Georgia, died March 20, 2024. Shane was born July 1, 1974, in Griffin, Georgia. He was a loving son, brother, and father who cherished his family and friends above all else. Shane had a passion for sports. He loved cheering on the Atlanta Falcons and Georgia Bulldogs and enjoyed watching wrestling in his free time. Shane was preceded in death by his father, Edward McCullough; his sister, Amanda McCullough Ridling; grandparents, Melvin & Beatrice Nicholson; several aunts and uncles. Shane is survived by his son, Caden Brady Nicholson; loving mother, Peggy Ann McCullough; aunt and uncle, Annette & Paul Ledbetter; many cousins, extended family and lots of friends. A memorial service for Shane will be held 2 o'clock, Saturday, April 6, 2024, in the Fellowship Hall of Bethel Baptist Church, 1147 Panola Rd. Stone Mountain, GA 30088.
