Richard Edmon Reagin, known affectionately as "Dickie", age 89, of Conyers, Georgia, died March 8, 2025. Born on August 9, 1935, Dickie, a humble Christian, lived a life of service, dedication, and love. He spent his professional years working in quality control for Duplex Products and served his country honorably in the United States Army. Additionally, he was a member of North Rockdale Baptist Church in Conyers. He will be remembered by his family of 5 generations as the world's best husband, dad, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great-grandfather.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Russell & Violet Reagin; as well as his siblings, Juanita Gresham, Dorothy "Dot" Ford, Gene Reagin. Survivors include his loving wife of 44 years, Marjorie Thompson Reagin; children and their spouses, Connie Navarre of Covington, Janice Treadwell of Cumming, Beverly & Toney Rider of Conyers, Mitzi Stephens & Tom Hodges of Toccoa, Tracy & Malcolm Navarre of Hartsville, SC, Donald Ricks, Hawkinsville, GA; 15 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; many extended family members.
A memorial service for Dickie will be held 2 o'clock, Monday, March 17, in the chapel of Henry Funeral Home with Dr. Jim Martin officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Monday, from 1-2 PM.
