Richard Parris "Richey" Harbour, IV, age 40, of Lithonia, Georgia, died August 2, 2024. Born on September 21, 1983, in Decatur, GA, Richey was known for his lively personality and mischievous sense of humor. He was currently employed by Alliance Fire Protection Systems in Loganville and had also worked with Harbour Landscapes. Richey was a graduate of Faith Academy in Loganville and was a sports enthusiast. Richey was preceded in death by his brother, Rex Harbour; paternal grandparents, Richard & Lucy Harbour; maternal grandfather, Jimmie Elliott. Survivors include his father, Ricky Harbour; mother, Melanie & Frank Fore, Sr.; children, Gage, Zayli, Madison & Austin Hart; sister, Ansley & Brad Hart; maternal grandmother, Linda Elliott; maternal grandparents, Dennis & Reha Harper; aunt, Joy & Bobby Ray; uncles, Donnie Harper, Mike Elliott, Todd & Krista Elliott; cousins, Angelyn Hart, Allyson Hart, Arianne Hart, Jessica Elliott, Nicole Elliott, Kimberly Rosenfield, Jackie Joy Harper, Sam Ray, DeLaney Ray, Tiffany Young, Heidi Stewart; former spouse, Christy Harbour. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
