Rex Whitmire Harbour, age 26, of Snellville, died Friday, May 4, 2018. He was a graduate of Loganville High School, worked with his father in the landscaping business. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Melanie and Frank Fore, Sr.; father, Ricky Harbour; sister and brother-in-law, Ansley and Brad Hart; brother, Richey Harbour; grandmother, Linda Elliott; great grandmother, Ollie Jenkins; aunt, Joy Ray and her husband, Bobby; uncles, Donnie Harper, Mike Elliott and his wife, Darlene, Todd Elliott and his wife, Kristi; nieces and nephews, Angelyn, Allyson, Arianne, Gage, Zayli, Madison, and Austin; cousins, Heidi and Blake Stewart, Tiffany and Will Young, Kimie Elliott, Nicole Elliott, Jessica Elliott, Jackie Joy Harper, Sam and De Laney Ray. A graveside service was held May 11, 2018, with Dr. Jim Martin officiating.
