Perla Tarvin
Perla May Tarvin, age 99, of Snellville, died February 19, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Lloyd Tarvin, and daughter, Linda Martin. Surviving are her son in law, Larry Martin of Snellville; grandchildren, Travis Martin of Hoschton and Jason Martin of Germany. A funeral service will be held February 27 in Muskogee, OK.
