Pamela White

Pamela White, age 77, of Lithonia, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2026. Born and raised in DeKalb County, she was the daughter of the late Tommie and Eleanor Harris.

Pamela was a 1966 graduate of Lithonia High School and retired from Piping & Equipment Co. She loved her family deeply, and her children and grandchildren held a special place in her heart. She enjoyed spending time outdoors, working in her yard and gardening, as well as traveling to the beach. Shopping brought her much pleasure, and she always welcomed the opportunity to get dressed up and go out. While she found happiness in these hobbies, her family remained her greatest treasure.

Preceding her in death were her parents; daughter, Belinda King; brother, Tommy Harris; and sisters, Shirley Christmas and Deborah Binger. Her memory will live on through her devoted husband of 60 years, Kenneth White; beloved daughter, Jennifer White (Amanda); grandchildren who affectionately called her "Memaw", Erin Stansell (Mike), Lacey Stansell; great-grandson, Anthony Thompkins; sisters, Sybil Clay, Patricia Couch; brother, Alfred Harris (Deborah); numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

A memorial service to celebrate Pamela's life will be held at 1 o'clock, Saturday, September 12, 2026, in the chapel of Henry Funeral Home with Mr. Gene Minor officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday one hour prior to the service, from 12-1 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or the American Heart Association are appreciated.
