George, age 89, died December 30, 2017. Martha was a faithful member of St. John Baptist Church where she enjoyed singing. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy George; parents, Jack Luther Clark and wife Willie Mae; 5 brothers and sisters. Surviving are son, Eddie George and wife Barbara Sue, of Stockbridge; daughters, Wanda Wright and husband Kenny of Smyrna, Carol Garner and husband Joe of Stockbridge; brother, Jack Clark, Jr. and wife Gladys of Flovillla; sister Doris Chandler of McDonough. A funeral service will be held, 1 o'clock, Tuesday, January 2, in the Chapel of Henry Funeral Home, with Rev. Tommy Dunn officiating. Interment will follow at Bethel Community Cemetery. The family will receive friends 4-6 Monday at Henry Funeral Home, Lithonia. Donations may be made in Martha's honor to St. John's Baptist Church, Decatur, GA.
