Larry James Killingsworth was born May 15, 1951 and died May 11, 2023. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Margaret Killingsworth. Larry is survived by his wife, Yvonne Killingsworth; brother, Ray; son, Buzz; daughter, Jessica and grandchildren. Larry retired from a long career in auto body work and moved from Georgia to Tennessee. In retirement Larry and Yvonne enjoyed their farm with cattle, miniature horses, miniature goats, chickens and their two Great Pyrenees dogs. Larry's hobbies included fishing, hiking, ATV riding, metal detecting, puzzles, building miniature railroad sets, camping, riding motorcycles and exploring old mining ghost towns. He enjoyed spending much of his time in Idaho and was building a home there in 2022 when he was diagnosed with cancer. In memory of Larry, his wife will complete their home there. A funeral service will be held 2 o'clock, Tuesday, May 16, at Hydes Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Paul Wimpy officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
