Graveside Service: 12 o'clock, Saturday, April 16, 2016 Place: Prospect Church Cemetery, Fairplay, GA Kathy Yvonne Wilkins, age 63, of Covington, died Thursday, April 14, 2016. She was a loving wife, sister, and aunt, and loved spending time with hers nieces, nephews, and their children. Kathy was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Jackie Wilkins; parents, Samuel and Mabel Hyde; sister, Virginia Ergle; brothers, Samuel Hyde, Ronnie Hyde, Charlie Hyde, Randy Hyde, Dennis Hyde, and Kenny Hyde. Surviving are her step-daughter, Jennifer Phelps and her husband, Danny, of Covington; sisters, Teresa Hadaway Cinnamon of Covington and Dorothy Forrester and her husband, Bobby, of Griffin; brothers, Tommy Hyde and his wife, Julie, of Lilburn, and Micky Hyde and his wife, Renee, of Lithonia; nieces, Mindy Coady and her husband, Brondon, of Covingon, Windy Lilly and her husband, Jacob, of Covington; nephew, Richard Hadaway of Covington; several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held 12 o'clock Saturday, April 16, at Prospect Church Cemetery, Fairplay with Rev. Virgil Cantrell officiating.
