Joell Patricia Ratterman age 58, of Conyers, died September 23, 2020. She was born in Bronx, New York to George and Florence "Chickie" Ratterman and grew up in West Babylon, New York ,where she was a graduate of the West Babylon High School class of '79, and continued to live there until she and her family moved to Georgia in 1996. She enjoyed listening to Rock and Roll music, cooking and spending time with her family. Joell was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Christine and Debbie. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Richard Ziegler (who she began dating when she was 16); daughter, Samantha Ziegler of Covington; sister, Barbara Gaulier and her husband, Bernie, of Selden, New York; nieces and nephews. There are no services planned at this time.
