Jeffrey Scott 'J.C.' Cantrell, age 46, of Mansfield, died December 4, 2017. He served his country honorably in the U.S. Air Force, and worked as a diesel mechanic. J.C. enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding motorcycles. He was preceded in death by father, Roger Cantrell. Surviving are daughters, Kandice, Hannah, and Carolyn Cantrell of Loganville, and Megan Leigh of Athens; wife of 17 years, Laura Cantrell; mother, Martha West, and 'Daddy', Joe, of Social Circle; brothers, Richard West of Lawrenceville, Jeff West and wife Karen of Lawrenceville; sisters, Karen English and husband Jim of Jackson, Faith Tondee and husband Jeremey of Covington, Leanne Polk and husband Rodney of Plano, TX. A funeral service will be held 2 o'clock Saturday, December 9, in the Lithonia chapel of Henry Funeral Home, with Rev. Jeremy Tondee officiating. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to service.
