Jamie Hodge Whitt, age 56, of Conyers, died September 4, 2024. Born on January 12, 1968, to the now late Edwin and Estelle Hodge, she was a 1986 graduate of Lithonia High School and later Kennesaw State University. Jamie had a special place in her heart for animals, especially cats, whose company she cherished. She was known for her strong will and her fierce love for her family. Her southern values shaped her life as she was deeply invested in the roles she played within the family. The love she had for her husband, Bobby, was infinite. Jamie was preceded in death by her husband and her parents. She is survived by her son, Bobby Allen Whitt; brothers and sister-in-law, Mike and Allison Hodge, Steve Hodge; grandchildren, Alabama Marie Whitt, Rylan Jagger Whitt; nieces, Danielle Rhodes, Samantha Day; and many extended family members and friends.
