James Daniel (Dan) Lee, age 80, of Hampton, died May 18, 2020. He was a member of Berachah Bible Church; served his country honorably in the United States Army; and received a Master's Degree in Education from Pensacola Christian College. He taught school for many years at Colonial Hills and Clayton Christian Schools, teaching Bible and History and coaching basketball, football and weight training. Dan enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening, but most of all spending time with his wife and daughters. Surviving are his loving wife of 56 years, Mimi Lee; daughters, Shannon Bell and husband, Dave, Allison Reamer and husband, Jeff, Stacy Wallace and husband, Rob, and Amy Hansen and husband, Jesper; sister, Shirley Perkerson and husband, Harry; twelve grandchildren; one daughter-in-law; three great-grandchildren; one niece; and one nephew. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in is memory to either Gideons or Samaritans Purse. A private graveside service will be held.
