Jack Don Offutt, Jr, age 56, of Conyers, died July 28, 2015. A native of Atlanta and a disabled auto mechanic, Mr. Offutt is survived by his wife, Angie Banda Offutt; daughter, Amanda Offutt; son, Austin Offutt, all of Conyers; sister, Debra Hardy of Loganville; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. A funeral service will be held 2 o'clock, Sunday, August 2, 2015, in the chapel of Henry Funeral Home, Lithonia. Don will be cremated after the funeral and a private burial will take place at a later time.
