Iver Powell

Iver Lewis Powell, age 80, of Conyers died March 28, 2017. Iver served his country honorably in the United States Navy. He was a 1955 graduate of Lithonia High School, a member of Insulators Local Union 48, and enjoyed antique cars. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis and Maybelle Powell; and brother, Thomas Charles Powell. Surviving are his brother, Wendell Powell of Daytona Beach, FL; niece, Christy Powell Maxwell and her husband, Dwayne, of McDonough; and nephew, Thomas Lewis Powell of Madison. No service is scheduled at this time.
