Harvey Daily Braswell, 91, passed away on Monday, November 29, 2021 in Friendswood, Texas. He was born on August 20, 1930 in Chester, Georgia to Addie and Thomas Braswell. Harvey is survived by his daughter, Barbara (Jeannie) Chapman; son, Harvey Braswell and wife, Donna Braswell; grandchildren, Joseph, Lori, Scott, Eric, and Renee; 10 great grandchildren, and numerous family members and friends. When his nation called, he answered by joining the US Air Force serving for 22 years. While in the Air Force, Harvey was a flight traffic specialist and served as crew member on VIP aircraft. He had a passion for cooking and gardening and loved to be around family and friends sharing his life adventures. A Graveside Service will be held 3 o'clock Saturday, December 4, at Hillandale Memorial Park, Lithonia, GA with full military honors. Rev. Joe Warnke will officiate.
