Geraldine 'Jerry' Addell Fisher, age 91, of Conyers, died March 30, 2022. She was employed by Georgia Pacific as a bookkeeper for many years. Jerry was a member of the Presbyterian Church of the Resurrection in Conyers for almost 50 years. She was greatly involved in its many ministries, serving as an elder, Circle 3 member, choir member, and headed up the food pantry for many years. She was a wonderful and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Jerry was a talented seamstress, artist, gardener, and cook. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Don Fisher; parents, Pauline Elizabeth Troup Burnett and Paul Harland Burnett; brother, Harry Burnett; granddaughter, Kylie Mitchell Hightower ; great grandson, Henry 'Hank' Hightower. Surviving are her daughters, Karen Mitchell and her husband, Joe, of Conyers, and Sherry Hutchison and her husband, Davey, of Suches; four grandchildren, Joedy Mitchell and his wife, Amy, Kasey Mitchell and his wife, Courtni, Matt Bryant and his wife, Audrey, and Cody Hutchison and his wife, Kimber; twelve great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 11 o'clock, Saturday, April 2, at the Presbyterian Church of the Resurrection, with Dr. Greg McMinn officiating. The family will receive friends from 10-10:45am prior to the service at the church. The interment will follow at Green Meadow Memorial Gardens, 699 American Legion Road, Conyers, GA 30012.
