Frank P. Locicero, Sr., age 77, of Dacula, died September 4, 2015. Born in New York City in 1938, he was the son of Frank & Deanna Locicero. Surviving are his son; Frank Locicero, Jr. of Dacula; one grandchild; sister, Linda Zorzi. Frank's remains have been cremated and no services are planned at this time.
