Frances L. Miller, age 86 of Decatur, died January 17, 2019. She was born in Eatonton to Thomas and Henrietta Moon. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who spent her life caring for her home and loved ones. Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Fred E. Miller, Sr. Surviving are her daughters, Pansy Simonds of Morrow and Dorris Chamlee of Fayetteville; sons, Fred E. Miller, Jr. of Milledgeville and Mike Miller of Columbia, SC; 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great granddaughter. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to Mountain View Personal Care Home, 5675 Kensington Road, Decatur, GA 30032. No services planned at this time.
