King, age 72, of Duluth, died December 10, 2015. She retired from King Engines where she worked as a bookkeeper. Emma was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill King; brothers, Harry Schettler and Ernie Schettler; and granddaughter, Alexis Reed. Surviving are her daughter, Sandra Chastain of Loganville; sons, Todd Reed and his wife, Kelly, of Lawrenceville, and Chris Reed of Atlanta; step-daughter, Jennifer King of Lawrenceville; sister, Mary Cole and her husband, Dick, of Palm Springs, CA; grandchildren, Crystal White of Covington, Olivia Wheeler of Jefferson, Kate Chastain of Good Hope, Emily Reed, Kelsey Reed and Kalen Reed, all of Lawrenceville, Alyson Neilson of Lawrenceville, and Jason Neilson of Bethlehem; great-grandchildren, Georgia White of Covington, Madison and Wade Ross of Good Hope, Ava and Jarrett Wheeler of Jefferson, and Abbi Inman-Neilson. A memorial service will be held 2 o'clock, Monday, December 14, in the Lithonia chapel of Henry Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at Henry Funeral Home, Lithonia.
