Sherry Elaine McCullough, age 61 of Stockbridge, died Friday, December 21, 2018. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Johnny Rodriguez, Sr.; mother and father, Beatrice and Melvin Nicholson; brothers, Charles Nicholson, Michael Nicholson, Jimmy Nicholson and Donald Nicholson. A loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, Elaine is survived by her husband, Alvin McCullough; sons, John Rodriguez and his wife, Jennelyn, of Conyers, Jamie Rodriguez and his wife, Jade, of Social Circle; and Alvin McCullough of Stockbridge; daughter, Tina Taylorson and her husband, Jim, of Savannah; sisters, Annette Ledbetter and her husband, Paul. of Monroe, and Peggy McCullough and her husband, Edward, of Lithonia; brothers, Donice Nicholson of McDonough and Jerry Nicholson of Conyers; nine grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 2 o'clock, Thursday, December 27, in the chapel of Henry Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Clark officiating. Entombment will follow at Lawnwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12:30-2 o'clock, Thursday afternoon prior to the service.
