Denny was a 1974 honors graduate of Western Kentucky University, a member of Pi Kappa Alpha and retired from Accenture Consulting Firm. Denny always put his children and wife first. He was their rock and cherished them. The love his family felt from this man was like none other. He never missed one sports game or activity his children were involved in. His job kept him at his desk but he was amazing with his hands, always working on something around the house. Denny loved playing golf and didn't mind playing golf with his wife. The guys in his neighborhood always laughed and said, "When the chair comes out, you know Denny is ready to work in the yard." He would always work a while, then take a break and rest, then return back to the task at hand, following his motto, "Work smarter, not harder." He taught his children that any job worth doing is worth doing right. Co-workers would recognize PHTD on a sticky note (Please Handle. Thanks, Denny). A very practical but quick witted man.
Due to the pandemic, a celebration of life will be held in the Spring.
