Debra Kay "Debbie" Howell, age 66, of Lawrenceville, died September 13, 2020 at her residence. She enjoyed drawing and going to the beach. Debbie retired after 28 years of service as a systems technician for AT&T. She was preceded in death by her father, M/Sgt William V. Hunley, Sr. Surviving are her husband of 31 years, Jeffrey Howell of Lawrenceville; mother, Rose Hunley of Perry; step-sons, Chris Howell and his wife, Jennifer, of Jefferson and Greg Howell of Lawrenceville; brother, William "Billy" Hunley, Jr. and his wife, Dorothy, of Bonaire; sister, Judy Fowler of Mansfield; grandchildren, Carsyn, Chase and Christian; and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
