Daniel Ryan Witt, age 72, of Conyers, died August 26, 2020. Born to Herbert and Beverly Witt in Farner, Tennessee, where he attended school and worked on the farm. He was an auto body mechanic for over 44 years at Buddy's Auto Shop in Decatur, GA. Danny enjoyed the outdoors where he would fish and hunt. He was a person who loved spending time at his home relaxing, where he appreciated the beauty of the nearby lake and woods, watching TV, especially the 'Andy Griffith Show' and spending time with his family. Danny is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Thelma Witt; son, Ryan Witt of Conyers; daughter, Sylvia Witt of Smyrna; brothers, Gerald Witt of Conyers, Richard Witt of Murphy, NC and Sherrill Witt of Tennessee; sisters, Bernice Moore of MacCleny, FL and Nancy Slaten of Tellico Plains, TN; nieces and nephews. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, no service is planned at this time.
