Clifford "Cliff" Henry Adams, age 81, of Lithonia, Georgia, died April 21, 2024. Born on February 11, 1943, in Guyana, Cliff was a remarkable man of many talents who lived his life with a quiet strength and a humble demeanor. He was a content, straightforward man who found joy in the simple things in life. His passion for health and fitness was infectious, leading him to a career in bodybuilding and earning him the affectionate nickname "Superstud Jim Kelly". His dedication to his craft was evident in his participation in Martial Arts and his achievement of a 4th degree black belt in Karate. Although he loved spending time at the gym, nothing mattered more to him than his family, especially making memories with his sons.
Survivors include his loving wife of 45 years, Glenda Adams; sons, Brian Adams, Mark Anthony Adams, Brandon Kahlid Adams; daughters, Verna Alexander, Debra Divine; brother, Alvin Adams; sisters, Pamela McNeil, Lynette Schwartz, Gloria, Brenda; grandchildren, Brian Adams, Jr., Bria Adams, Kiaya Adams; nephew, Odeda; nieces, Fiona and Marcell; as well as numerous extended family members.
A funeral service will be held 2 o'clock, Saturday, April 27, 2024, at Henry Funeral Home, 6833 Church Street, Lithonia, Georgia, 30058 with Pastor Robert Lindsay officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, from 1-2 PM, at the funeral home. A Repast will follow the service at 4040 Egypt Road, Snellville, GA 30039.
