Charles Winford Baldwin, age 81, of Loganville, Georgia, died January 26, 2023. He is survived by his wife, Martha Mitchell Baldwin and children, Brent, Sharon and Angela. A memorial service will be held 11 o'clock, Saturday, February 4, at Ebenezer Baptist Church, 3861 Ebenezer Church Rd, Social Circle, Georgia, 30025, with Bro. Don Malcom officiating. Family and friends will gather in the fellowship hall following the service.
