She was a devoted member of the St. Johns Baptist Church and loved gospel music. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, she is survived by her husband of 19 years, Joseph Singleton of Abbeville; daughter, Gennie Cole of McDonough; son, Rodney Cole and his wife, Kari, of Virginia; special friend who was thought of as a son, Christopher Phillips and his wife, Jennifer, of McDonough; sisters, Barbara Cassard and her husband, Reece, of Coconut Creek, FL and Tammy Love; ten grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 3 o'clock on Sunday, January 24 at St. Johns Baptist Church with Rev. Tommy Dunn and Rev. Christopher Phillips officiating.
