Bobby Eugene Turner, age 59, of Conyers, died Wednesday, November 13, 2019. Bobby was the owner of Turner Construction Company for many years. He was a true outdoorsman, and enjoyed hunting, fishing and attending cookouts with his family. He loved spending time with his children, and felt that the grandchildren and great grandchildren could do no wrong in his eyes. Bobby was preceded in death by his father, Bobby E. Turner; mother and step- father, Mamie Marie and Jacob Isaac Morrison. Surviving are his son, Larry Eugene Turner and his fiance, Lisa Byrd, of Conyers; daughter, Marie Lynn Chancey and her husband, Steven, of Watford, North Dakota; sisters, Donna Webb and Denise Bilbrey, both of Conyers; grandchildren, Madison, Hunterlee, Logan, Dakota, and Becky; great grandchildren, Ellie Grace, Hagen, Brandon, and Rose. A funeral service will be held, 2 o'clock, Saturday, November 16, in the chapel of Henry Funeral Home with the interment following at Eastview Cemetery in Conyers. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made at either United Community Bank in Conyers or Covington for the final expenses of Bobby. The family will receive friends 12:30-2:00 prior to the service at the funeral home.
