Betty Humphreys

Betty Jean Humphreys, age 85, of Conyers, died on October 11, 2016. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great-great grandmother and enjoyed gardening and quilting. Betty was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Charles Lanier Humphreys; sons, David Humphreys and Michael Humphreys; and parents, Colon and Mardell King. Surviving are daughters, Linda King and her husband, David, and Luana Brownlee and her husband, Ricky, all of Conyers; 8 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held 5 o'clock on Friday, October 21, 2016 at First Baptist Church of Covington, 1135 Floyd Street NE, Covington, GA 30014.
