Service: 11 o'clock, Saturday, November 12, 2016 Place: Lithonia Chapel of Henry Funeral Home Visitation: 5:30 - 8:00 Friday evening Place: Residence of Jo Jackson Barbara "Jo" Jackson, age 73, of Social Circle, formerly of Lithonia, died November 7, 2016. Jo was born and raised in Lithonia and was a 1961 graduate of Lithonia High School. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Willie B. Jackson; and brother, Hillman Jackson. Surviving are her sister, Anne White of Newborn; nephews, Jack Bowers and his wife, Margaret, of Newborn and Wally Bowers of Monroe; great niece, Jana Milton of Charlotte, NC; great nephews, PFC Jacob Bowers of California, and Wade Jackson of Covington; and her beloved four-legged friend, Bogie. A memorial service will be held 11 o'clock, Saturday, November 12, in the Lithonia Chapel of Henry Funeral Home with Dr. Jim Martin officiating. A visitation will be held at her residence for close friends and relatives 5:30 - 8:00 on Friday evening.
