Service: 3 o'clock, Sunday, October 9, 2016 Place: Lithonia Chapel of Henry Funeral Home Visitation: 1:30 - 3:00 Sunday Place: Henry Funeral Home Sue White, age 90, of Loganville, died October 6, 2016. She was a 1946 graduate of Lithonia High School and went on to work for the Federal Government for over 30 years, working for the Pentagon and NASA. A member of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees in Decatur, she enjoyed feeding the squirrels, deer and turkeys on her property. She also liked flowers and she especially loved her cats. Sue was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse W. and Allie White; sisters, Dorothy L. White and Katherine W. Wiley; brothers, Jeff White, James A. White, Milton White, and Jesse White. Surviving are her brother, Roy C. "Jack" White and his wife, Rachel, of Loganville, and Eugene "John" White of Lithonia; several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 3 o'clock, Sunday, October 9, in the Lithonia chapel of Henry Funeral Home with Dr. Jim Martin officiating. Interment will follow at Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery in Lithonia. The family will receive friends an hour and a half before the service.
