Andrea "Shelley" Weems of Lithonia, Georgia went to be with the Lord July 10, 2018 at DeKalb Medical Center. A New York native, Andrea Graduated from Morgan State University in 1985 with a degree in Political Science. Married to Anthony Weems, Andrea had three children: Alicia, Anthony, and Angel. Andrea had a vivacious spirit, one that she used to bring love and joy to those around her. She will be missed dearly by her friends and family. The celebration of life service will be held 10 o'clock, Monday, July 16, in the chapel of Henry Funeral Home with Pastor Keith Josey officiating.
