Altena Darrell

Altena Darrell, age 83, of Decatur, died December 19, 2017. Born in Charleston, South Carolina, to James and Bernice Darrell, Altena spent many years in New York where she was an usher for Madison Square Garden. A loving mother, grandmother and sister, she is survived by sons, Kenneth Darrell of Decatur, Eddie Darrell of Norcross, and Gregory Lewis of Decatur; brother, James 'Bubba' Darrell; 8 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Her family will receive friends at 11 o'clock Saturday morning January 6 at Henry Funeral Home, Lithonia.
