Aida Amoyan Lemoine, age 77, of Conyers, Georgia, passed away peacefully Friday, November 18. 2022. She was born in the Province of Samar in the Philippines to Victorina and Valeriano Amoyan and later moved to the United States. She married Joseph Lemoine in Honolulu, Hawaii. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Hawaii and in Georgia until 2016. Aida enjoyed gardening; crocheting; watching the Philippine soap operas and visiting garage sales. She was a great cook and was often asked to bring her special dishes to pot luck dinners. Aida was preceded in death by her parents and husband. Surviving are her daughters, Aileen Bituin of Waynesville, Missouri and Jocelyn Chua Malatag and son-in-law, Angelo Lacap of Conyers, GA; son, Renato Lemoine of Honolulu, Hawaii; brother, Lydio Amoyan of Samar, Philippines; sisters, Linda Opriasa and Nida Amoyan, both of Honolulu, Hawaii; grandchildren, Lawrence, Oliver, Paolo, Harold, Nobel, Mij, Zildjian, Anela, Myracle, and Karen; and 4 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held 1 o'clock, Saturday, November 26, in the chapel of Henry Funeral Home, Lithonia, with Dr. Jim Martin officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations may be made in her memory to the charity of your choice.
